The Challenge

Comgás is Brazil's largest piped natural gas distributor, with around 1,6 million residential, commercial and industrial customers.
This very extensive database, was outdated.
The result? A large number of defaulters and difficulty in communicating with their customers.
The Solution
Taking advantage of Comgás' 150th anniversary
to create a promotion aimed at updating customer data, activating email billing, and automatic debit.
We developed a prize wheel that would instantly draw one month of free gas bills!
How it works?
Register = chance
Activate email billing = chances
Activate automatic debit = chances


In addition, customers who took these actions earned lucky numbers and entered a final draw for a whole year of free bills!
Register = +1 lucky numbers
Activate email billing = +3 lucky numbers
Activate automatic debit = +5 lucky numbers

The Results
In one month, over 60,000 customers had their data updated and participated in the promotion.
ALL participants converted to digital billing. This represents a growth of 10% (compared to 3-5% in other incentive actions conducted).
9 out of 10 participants converted to automatic debit.
