The Challenge

Create an initiative to educate the public about the step-by-step process of purchasing a property that resonates with the new generation.

The first gamified initiative in the Brazilian real estate market.

The Solution

Launch an unprecedented campaign in the segment: a gamified initiative.

 

The promotion offers the chance to win two apartments and R$ 50,000 shopping vouchers for decoration, and thousands of instant prizes.

 

The game “Apê Grátis” takes place in Planitown, a city inspired by São Paulo, and features characters called “Planitos,” based on customer behavioral profiles. Players take a quiz to determine their avatar.

 

They are guided through a narrative that playfully and engagingly teaches the property buying journey, while earning coins to decorate their virtual apartment and lucky numbers for the apartment sweepstakes.
