The Challenge

With the growing interest and passion of the gamer and geek audience, Bis, a Brazilian chocolate brand from Mondelēz, is seeking to strengthen its presence in this segment.

 

In 2023, the brand acquired the largest sponsorship quota for the Comic Con Experience, the biggest geek fair in Latin America, and needed to activate this sponsorship in the most effective way."

The Solution

As the main theme of the campaign, we went after the famous 8-bit games and created our version, in 8-BIS.

We developed games that were analogous to the classics: Space Invaders, Tetris, and Pong; and we created the first online championship for 8-BIS games.

On the promotional platform, top-ranked players could actually win tickets to CCXP23 and the lucky ones could have the chance to win tickets live, while playing.

The Event

At CCXP23, visitors at the Bis stand had the opportunity to play Bis Goal 1x1 on a giant arcade machine, and the winners received an official event poster!
